A “Routeplayer” function, which requires a combination of OPTIMANAGER, OPTINET and OPTISYSTEM 3 or 3+, provides you with the opportunity to record rounds with comments, then to optimise this and send it to the vehicle as a set of instructions for the tour. This way you are flexible and can react quickly in deploying drivers where there are staff absences.

With the software application OPTINET you create the connection
between fee-payer, property address and disposal service. The system displays your entire spectrum of services and helps you to view the process chain seamlessly from the provision of the bins and the change service to the identification and/or weighing of the bins and the creation of fee notifications. What’s more, with OPTINET you can create your waste disposal calendar and plan your rounds, which you can then manage using the OPTISYSTEM vehicle equipment.

With OPTIACCESS you avoid these effects. With OPTIACCESS in combination with the software application OPTINET and the RFID OPTICHIP transponders, you can manage the pool of staff that has access to the underground system and thus regulate your removal cycles. Furthermore, with OPTIACCESS you can present a producer-based waste disposal service by allocating disposal costs to a defined group of
people. You also get up-to-the-minute information about operating data and use data for the system and can thus ensure readiness for operation as well as remain flexible in case of disruptions. If OPTIACCESS is integrated into the OPTINET software application, then the number of hatch openings recorded up to the minute can be used to calculate whether or not the underground system needs emptying. This way you ensure that you only start up and empty full systems.
