Latour Capital

Since its foundation in 2011, the traditional method employed by LATOUR CAPITAL has been to acquire majority and minority shares in French SMEs.

Its four founding partners include Alain Madelin (a lawyer by training). He has held a number of top-level French government positions, including ministerial posts: Minister for the Economy and Finance (1995), Minister of Enterprise and Economic Development, SMEs, Commerce and Trades (1993), and Minister of Industry, Energy, Postal Services, Telecommunications and Tourism (1986).

eadquartered in Paris, LATOUR CAPITAL is an 11-strong team combining business, commercial and industrial experience, both in France and abroad.

LATOUR CAPITAL has traditionally handled a limited number of acquisitions. This enables it to focus its efforts entirely on making a success of the companies it acquires.

With its ability to produce industrial, marketing and commercial strategies, this fund has proven its ability to grow companies in both mature and emerging markets.

BPI France

Bpifrance is 50% owned by the French Caisse des dépôts et consignations public-sector financial institution and 50% by the French government (through the Ministry for the Economy and Finance). pifrance is investing in the Environmental division via its ETI 2020 fund (a 95-year professional capital investment fund managed by Bpifrance SAS).

pifrance’s ETI 2020 fund invests alongside private investors to assist companies in their development. It provides tools for its shareholdings ranging from strategic consultancy support to acceleration programmes, including overseas assistance using experienced teams of professionals. In addition, the ETI 2020 fund incorporates a reinvestment capacity, enabling it to assist its shareholdings with external growth operations, supporting their consolidation and/or internationalisation strategies.

In its acquisition of an equity stake in the Environment Division’s capital, Bpifrance – whose selection criteria are particularly strict – lends strong credibility to the Division itself and to its customers.
