Thus, all over the years, both companies shared the same DNA: Innovation! United in 2007 under the Plastic Omnium Company as the unique shareholder, the shareholder changed in December 2018: Latour Capital and Bpi France, Banque Publique d’Investissement. From now on, we decide to appear wordwide under one same brand: SULO. From now on, we are proudly SULO. A brand that is renowned with international reputation. More than ever in the past, regarding the everincreasing environmental challenges, our aim is to carry on our commitment to our clients but also to the end-users as “One Group, One Brand, One Logo”!
